Sound Connections, Inc. was established in 1983 and has provided quality disc-jockey entertainment

 throughout Greater Houston ever since.  Over these past 22 years, the company has grown from 1 to 20 employees, all under the direction of the company founder and president, Paul P. Olson.Sound Connections is easily the city-wide leader in reputation and innovative services, and has performed at thousands of events.

 

Sound Connections’ disc-jockeys are talented, upbeat, equipped with state-of-the-art sound and video equipment, karaoke  and light shows, thousands of music titles. We always put customers first.  With over 20 DJs with varied back rounds on staff, excellent references and extensive customer lists, Sound Connections is the one to count on to make your event a very special and memorable event!!

Owner Paul Olson, a Houston native, has always had a niche in music and entertainment. With experience ranging from top nightclub programming to thousands of weddings/receptions, to implementing the new “interactive” DJ services gaining in popularity today, Mr. Olson runs a “tight ship” and only hires the best entertainers around.  Strict interview and reference standards must be met to become a Sound Connections DJ, and rigorous one-on-one training with Mr. Olson is mandatory.  Mr. Olson a complimentary consultation visit with you about our event needs. He will provide you with a DJ that is a perfect fit!!

 

Sound Connections, Inc. maintains memberships in NACE (National Association of Catering Executives), MIX (Music Information Exchange), ADJA (American Disc Jockey Association, WHCC (West Houston Chamber of Commerce) and several national disc-jockey associations.  By attending national DJ conferences each year, our staff gains new experience and stay on top of what’s hot in entertainment.
